Bought a vehicle last week and am very pleased with the car. Dylan was the sales rep I worked with and really enjoyed the experience, he was laid back with no rush or high pressure tactics. This would be a five star review except we had some miscommunication about two minor repairs we discussed before I bought the vehicle. But the owner has agreed to a reasonable resolution we are working through now. I’d recommend making sure any details are covered clearly in the contract.

My husband and I were looking all over for just the right truck for our homestead. We found one that met our needs on East Coast Auto’s website. We called to make sure it was there. It was, we came in to check it out and test drive. Dave the sales manager was friendly, gave us plenty of space to check things out, test drive, and talk things over. We decided to take the truck, and the process was easy- no pressuring or upselling other than a casual mention of the warranty options. It’s a 20+ year old truck with 220,000 miles, so we knew what we were getting and the risks. But the maintenance history and everything looked great, and it felt great. And it was exactly within our budget. We were very happy with the whole experience!
